Masters provides customers across East Anglia with an outsourced warehousing and storage service.
Outsourced warehousing is a cost effective alternative to owning and operating a warehouse.
The benefits offered by our ‘fully outsourced warehouse’ business model appeal to a range of business types, sizes and sectors.
For some, there is no alternative to the warehouse owner-managed route, while for others the outsourced choice is a highly viable and cost-effective option that suits their business growth plans.
For other businesses though, the requirement for warehousing may be a simple case of warehouse storage space.
Masters simple warehouse storage solutions
Many of our clients use Masters Logistical simply for additional permanent storage for stock they can’t physically fit in their own warehouse, or as seasonal overflow storage.
Being able to call on additional warehouse storage capacity at short notice, or simply knowing that this capacity is available, is very helpful during busy times when the amount of stock coming in temporarily exceeds the storage capacity of their existing warehouse.
Depending on their exact circumstances, these customers may require our full range of stock management and handling services, or may simply want to call off their own stock and use their own transportation on an “as needed” basis.
Warehousing and storage capacity
Masters have a total of 85,000 square feet of warehouse spread across five separate buildings at our East Anglia site near Ely – which includes storage capacity for 10,000 pallets.
Our customers use this capacity as storage for products ranging from boxed or palletised goods such as books, paper cups and clothing to larger bulkier items such as outdoor furniture that does not fit neatly into a pallet racking environment.
Some of our customers increase the storage they need in line with certain seasonal demand fluctuations in the summer months or ahead of the very busy Christmas season.
We welcome all prospective customers to visit us at our logistics centre in Cambridgeshire to look around our warehousing and storage facilities.
